In- home and Office based mental health therapist in Baltimore, MD

First Choice Counseling Center is seeking therapist to provide in-home services to clients in Baltimore City. This is a fee for service contractual position. Must be either LCSW-C or LCPC ( sorry no LGSW or LPC). Pay is $40.00 per session, $50 per assessments. If you cannot provide IN-HOME services please do not respond. Position requires Maryland medicaid number but if you do not have one still apply for position of interested. Office Based Therapist- Office is located in Pikesville Maryland. IF you are applying for this position please indicate the hours of availability ( this information is a must). Must be willing to provide individual and family therapy to both children and adults. Position requires a maryland medicaid number, if you do not have one we will assist with this. Only LCSW-C and LPC, Sorry no LGSW or LPC. This is a 1099 fee for service. $35 per session, $45 per assessment, this is non negotiable. No phone calls please.
