Requirements:250 staff per 500 childrenSpanish language proficiencyDirect care staff shall be 21 years old or older and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.Clean criminal background check;Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services checkJob responsibilities:Provide direct supervision of children in care, and maintain line-of-sight at all timesProvide oversight during recreation, meal time, relaxing time, and playAssist during transition and movement of children from one activity to the next and one physical location to anotherInteract with children in an appropriate manner, including playing games or during recreational timeHours:Direct care staff are needed at all times.Facility uses a three-shift, eight-hours per shift schedule.
